The Georgia constitution states that a voter has to vote in the general election in order to be eligible to vote in the runoff. Enforce that.

There is an illegal consent decree between GA SOS and the dems saying residency by Dec 5th or so is the requirement.

Judicial modification of election law is blatantly unconstitutional.

I don’t know where you get that from but it’s not true. They either repealed that or voted that during covid, everyone can vote. Or a judge struck down the state constitution article and yes it’s happened all over the country like North Carolina and Pennsylvania. So why not Georgia?
