They actually do. The Constitution they swear upon says it’s their job. With a 6-3(5-4 in real time) majority who are Constitutionalists, if the evidence is there, they have the responsibility to do their job without political prejudice.
However, as of today, all there is is speculation, conjecture, krakens, and various statements. But, no hard evidence. Time is running out for the Trump campaign.
My assumption is this will happen after Thanksgiving, but unless there is a moment in time which will have the most impact on moving this along, I’m afraid Kamala will take office on the 21st.
