Neither has baby parts in vaccine. Moderna uses the aborted baby cell line at practically every stage of development, testing and production. Pfizer uses only for testing. As article intimates, the Moderna product is totally out of bounds for a Catholic, whereas the Pfizer situation is borderline acceptable (reluctantly) to some Catholics (but not him).
