I have no faith in Rudy.

You are relying on a Judge to make a decision that takes guts. Four types of Judges:
Lazy
Gutless
Lefty- here is the result wanted, now get law clerks to backfill with some law shyt.
Unicorn- unconcerned with public opinion and has a job to do. Unicorns are no likely to exist in this case.
Two ways to deal with fraud- ending it before the election or beat your opponent at their own game.
