Breaking — Michigan officially certifies Biden victory in 3-0 vote
Michigan’s top elections board on Monday certified Joe Biden’s win in the state’s presidential vote, dealing President Donald Trump yet another blow in his effort to block the Democrat’s national victory.
The Michigan Board of State Canvassers certified the popular election results in a 3-0 vote. Republican board member Aaron Van Langevelde voted to certify the votes, while the other GOP member, Norm Shinkle, abstained.
Shinkle, who indicated before the meeting that he would oppose certification until after an audit or investigation of the results was conducted, asked the Michigan legislature to undertake an “in depth review of all election processes and procedures in Michigan.”
Under Michigan law, however, an audit is conducted after the results of an election are certified, a point emphasized by a number of those who testified on Monday.
“Those who question the outcome, the remedy comes after you say yes,” Christopher Thomas, former Michigan director of elections who worked under Republican and Democrat secretaries of state, told the board members in virtual testimony at the outset of the meeting.

As bad as this is, can you imagine if there was no EC and we had no chance of fighting corruption on a state-by-state level? The Founders really nailed this one for us.
There are 171,000 votes in Wayne country that have no registered voter on the books and they just ignored it. When you are bullied into accepting fraud like this you get the government you deserve.
Van Langevelde, an attorney who works for House Republicans, defended the decision to certify the vote.
“I’ve reviewed every section. I haven’t found anything about an audit,” Van Langevelde said. “I found nothing about authority for us to delay certification because we’re waiting for more accurate results. I found nothing about making certification contingent on an audit. I found nothing that gives us the authority to review complaints for fraud.”

Do you certify the vote count is a true and accurate poll of the Citizens?
Yes or No.
If the vote is corrupt, vote to NOT Certify.

Former state Senator Patrick Colbeck also presented evidence to the board showing that all the computers in the election tabulation center were connected to the internet in violation of the law. There was a complete breakdown in the chain of custody for most of the Michigan vote.

Im old and tired. I know that we are about to see another revolution. The goober mint has turned totally corrupt and I believe its going to end in bloodshed on both sides. I just hope that the Constitution is saved in the end.
Disappointing. I think it would have sent a stronger message if Mr. Shinkle had voted against certification instead of abstaining.
