Nearly got kicked out of church over it yesterday. I put it back on. Don’t want problems. Very discouraging.
Somebody tell me I am wrong.
“Being required to wear a mask while walking into a restaurant is akin to passing under a sign that reads “Whites Only”. Somebody tell me I am wrong.”
You’re not wrong. It is a sign of obedience and our national stupidity.
NOT ME
I agree!
MASKS do nothing!
A rabbit’s foot is MUCH more effective!
Thats why i wrote “MARK OF THE BEAST” on mine
I look at wearing a mask as similar to wanting to be popular in high school. You dress and act like the popular kids do in whatever little cliques they're in. You want to be liked, so you try to be like them. If they wear a mask, then you wear a mask.
But if you don't care about being popular, you dress like you want and ignore what the "popular" crowd is up to. That's me. I don't wear a mask.
Liberate yourself by being yourself.
Medical grade masks are designed to stop germs or bacteria, much larger, living organisms and not dead, inert submicroscopic viruses. Viruses are so small, they can go right through the weave in 99.9% of the masks that people wear. They can travel back and forth through the masks with ease. If the weave on the mask was tight enough to prevent the passage of the virus, most people would have trouble breathing with a mask on.
And they should be worn only for short periods of time before being disposed of in bio-hazard containers. But masks have become a fashion accessory and one needs to show off that accoutrement of this religious sect at all times.
The CDC admits that 89% of those reported as contracting Covid-19, either wore a mask all of the time or most of the time before they were infected. IOW, in converse, wearing a mask did very little to keep people from getting the virus.
About the only good masks do is to assuage the guilt of the wearer and make them feel good about themselves for "doing something" for the greater good. Feelings, unfortunately, don't stop viruses.
There is so much misinformation floating around the country from these so-called government medical experts who flip-flop back and forth on masks, that no one knows what is true or not true.
But I predict that eventually, wearing a mask will become so ingrained in people's sense of wellbeing, that wearing of masks will become a permanent part of their lives and dress.
Stupidest rule I ever heard of. Drive up to a restaurant without a mask. Put a mask on to go through the doors. And then take the mask off to eat. And not put the mask on to leave.
It's more of a religious ritual than a wellness behavior.
