This has been wrecking me all night... makes no sense...

BUT...

What if Powell were to succeed in her portion of this case with the Supreme court? What would be the remedy?

I was thinking about this yesterday when she started unloading all those bombs about the breadth of this situation....

SCOTUS would have no choice but to nullify the entire election nation wide.

30 states with provable compromised machines???

That would do it.... Straight to the house it would go.... No electoral college... right where Pelosi wants it.

Yeah... i think Powell is off (for now) because it was overkill. If we can just win the states we need for the win, we can deal with the rest later.

It’s too late to win the needed states. You are correct in which the only remedy is for the SC to throw the election to the House. That would be easily the most momentous decision the SC has made. Each justice will be defined for the rest of their life by this one decision - that is if they even accept the case. The evidence must be profound, nationwide, provable, easy to understand and supported by a vast majority of the public. The SC is not even going to accept a case based on workers marking ballots, etc. That’s old hat.

You do not seem to understand how this works... Nancy Pelosi doesn not want this to go to the house. In this case each state has a delegation with one vote per state. California and New York have the same number of votes as Idaho and Montana... one each. The incoming house makes the decision. The incoming house has 31 Republican delegations and 19 Democrat delegations... I wonder how that would go for Sleepy Joe.

It's in the 12th Ammendment to the US Constitution:

"the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice."

If it went to the House we would win (because each State would have one vote, and that’s a plus for us). I pray God helps America.
