I would think this would carry substantial weight once it goes to the courts. There's a ton of video that captured it,too.

I also believe it is highly unlikely that Powell will be at another one with Rudy.
I also believe Powell will not be able to stop Biden from being certified.

One thing I always notice is body language. I noticed that Joe Di Genova, at the big presser, reached out to grab Rudy’s jacket sleeve a couple of times as if to indicate “Hold on a minute” or “Take it easy.”
