Sidney Powell says she understands White House statement; will keep fighting to prove election was stolen

SHE SAID SHE EXPECTS TO FILE SUIT “SOON.” SHE DIDN’T SAY “THIS WEEK,” WHICH I HURRIEDLY WROTE JUST ABOVE. SORRY. .. HOPEFULLY, IT WILL BE THIS WEEK.

Here’s my personal thoughts on the latest development...
The thing about Trump team lawyers, Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani is they believe that there indeed were fraud but they are NOT WILLING to accept the ENORMITY and WORLDWIDE magnitude of it and its implications for the entire government of the USA on every level... federal and state.
That is why they now distance themselves from their former team mate, Sidney Powell.
Sidney Powell’s accusations are EXTRAORDINARY ( an understatement ) and perhaps Rudy and Jenna can’t seem to fathom and believe or accept the magnitude of it all, preferring to consider only mail-in voting fraud and constitutional issues.
Consider what Sidney Powell is saying:
* She accuses Dominion of perpetrating a massive election fraud with their software, in effect, stealing the election from the legitimate winner — Donald Trump.
* She says that the cheating software was developed in Venezuela precisely to cheat on elections in Latin America and was used in other countries and in our country
* She says that Trump actually won 80 million votes ( that’s 8 million more than he actually won ), and Biden stole those votes from Trump.
* She accuses government at the top level of being involved in this massive cheating, implicating the CIA and demanding that their director Gina Haspell be fired. She accuses the Justice department of doing nothing about it.
* She accuses governors ( specifically the governor of Georgia and the Secretary of State ) of accepting kickbacks in order for Dominion to be used as the tabulating system in theirs and various other states.
* She implies that there was a server related to the cheating of our election in Germany and that it was seized by “the good guys” ( whoever they are ).
* She says that election data are routed overseas — to Barcelona, Germany, etc. for manipulation. This implies that foreign actors are involved.
I have to stop here because the accusations she levels are MIND BOGGLING.
And to top that, she claims that she has evidence to prove them all !!
Extraordinary accusations require extraordinary evidence... and most of all, TIME to prove and present to the courts. Here’s the problem - we don’t have much time.
The entire thing will take MONTHS, even YEARS to litigate in court and will go past the December 14 deadline when the electors have to convene. I think Trump’s team is aware of the deadline, that’s why they cut Powell loose to pursue the matter separately.
That’s the way I see it for now.

Modern day Erin Brockovich?
She’s fighting ‘outside the wire’. We won’t know for who or what until/if she gets something into court... or not.
Sydney Powell is working for every legitimate voter in America. On her own dime minus whatever donations have been collected. Thank God someone with her legal knowledge is willing to take this on. I wouldn’t want to be the Attorney representing her opponents.

Yep, I think I’m right. “Let the chips fall where they may”. There are going to be some Republicans go down too, maybe some we like.
Rudy and Jenna are 0 for 1 so far. Maybe thinking small isn’t the way to go. I wish Sidney much luck when she steps up to the plate.
I truly hope so.
Ok. So if that's true, then the court will render a verdict on the Kraken when exactly? 2022? 2023? In time for Trump running again in 2024?
And what kind of case can Guiliani & Ellis put together since you say they "don't have much time?" Given the relentless pounding they've taken in courtrooms so far, will they just throw a Hail Mary pass at the last second?
Sounds like you're saying neither Powell's lawsuit nor Guiliani & Ellis's lawsuits will be enough for a President Trump reelection.
Giulian and Ellis are focusing on two things:
1. The constitutional issue
2. The mail-in fraud issue.
On #1 states like PA violated the constitution that clearly states that only the state legislatures can make election law, not judges.
This was CLEARLY VIOLATED in that PA LAW EXPLICITLY STATES THAT ANY BALLOTS RECEIVED AFTER 8 PM on election day should not be counted. They IGNORED the law and continued counting.
On #2 There are numerous statistical evidence and sworn testimonies to voting fraud at the mail-in level.
Those are the two pronged lines of attack of the Trump Team.
Powell on the other hand, has bigger fush to fry. It involves NATIONAL SECURITY as her accusations involvedw governments at every level, state and local, Republican and Democrat, even foreign interference.
She won’t have time to present all the witnesses and evidence she says she’s amassed by mid December.

I Wish I could answer that, but one thing is certain... it won’t and cannot be anytime this year, much lessby mid December when the electoral college has to convene.
