The GOP is a spent force and a haven for mediocrities.
No great country can long survive mediocre leaders and the two necrotic political parties produce nothing but mediocre leaders.

Including Trump? Why didn't Trump run as an Independent or Third Party. Because he gets it, it's much easier to just take over the GOP. And it's happening, and you want to give up all the gains that have been made over the past four years?
