The fact that she is running with the Dominion vote switching story makes me think this “great legal mind” is focused on “billable hours”

I’ve been extremely impressed with her snd look forward to hearing more news snd/or analyses from her. She comes across as not just delivering on a job she was hired to do but her whole heart seems to be in supporting Trump and his followers as well. Thank you, Sidney!

The Dominion fraud was the crime of the century, with hundreds if not thousands of conspirators.
There had to be a flurry of text/emails sent on election night directing troops on the ground to manufacture a certain number of ballots that then had to be trucked into to certain polling stations. There had to be a flurry of email/texts sent when the five states all shut down the counting at the same time in order to recalibrate the machines.
It's true that Sidney does not have the authority to order Eric Coomer's email/texts to be produced for court. But she did say that hundreds of Dominion employees had come forward, shocked by the degree of cheating. I'm sure if the people who came forward have text/emails regarding the fraud, then these would be very powerful.
Notice how Sidney has not said one word about emails/texts of the people who have come forward. Imagine if you are one of the conspirators and you know you sent emails/texts concerning the algorithm and how many ballots needed to be produced. Then imagine that a few of the people you sent compromising communication to have gone off the radar -- their LinkIn accounts have gone dark and they are not replying to your phone calls. What are you going to do? You would probably start looking up on the internet how much time in a federal prison election fraud will get you. Then what do you do? You don't have the money to leave everything behind and start a new life. What do you do? Maybe call Sidney and see if she can work out a deal to where you show her all of your texts/emails for immunity. Sidney has said that as each day passes, she's getting more and more witnesses to come forward...
If the above scenario is true, then when Sidney has her day in court, she should be able to name the conspirators and show the communications between them on election night. That would be very powerful.
What kind of impact do you think texts like these would have in court (I'm only guessing about the texts, but you get the idea):
"Eric says we have to shut PA, WE, MI, AZ, and GA counting down asap. The algorithm isn't enough to pass the Trump votes. The machines have to be recalibrated with a new algorithm."
"According to the algorithm, we're gonna need 450,000 Biden ballots trucked in asap."
"Okay, the ballots have been printed and we're loading them in the truck now."
BTW, notice that Andrew Weissman did NOT sue Sidney Powell after she excoriated him for his part in prosecutorial misconduct as laid out in her book, “Licensed To Lie.”
During Trump’s 2nd term, I would like to see her heading a commission to clean out corruption in at least the DoJ (including the FBI), if not the entire government.

It's one thing to have all the evidence needed to prove the case. It's an entirely different thing to be able to present extremely TECHNICAL data to an audience in a way that ANYONE can understand it.
If the audience can't understand it, they won't believe it, and they won't “overturn” the fraud. Whether the audience is the general public, a jury, a judge, SCOTUS, or the House of Representatives.
We're talking about computer algorithms, for crying out loud. This isn't simple “math”. It's highly complex. VERY FEW PEOPLE can understand it in a way that will sway their opinions.
FACTS don't change people's minds, particularly if those facts are “beyond comprehension.”
(Imagine Steven Hawking trying to prove to you that Black Holes exist by using complicated mathematical theorems & quantum physics.)
I've watched several online videos that “prove” the fraud, some over 1 hr long (Dr. Shiva, for example). But almost without exception, these videos -— purported to explain it in “simple terms that anyone can understand” -— are far too complicated, far to nerd-ish, and far too detailed for the AUDIENCE to absorb, let alone comprehend, let alone RULE IN TRUMP'S FAVOR (in AMERICA’s FAVOR).
So this case is about more than FACTS and DATA and PROOF. It's about MARKETING.
Sidney Powell and Team need to be able to put the information in a 5-panel CARTOON slide that is simple enough for an 8th Grader to understand. If they can do that, they win the case. If not.... then we can kiss our Republic goodbye.
There's not much time, but if any case needed a focus group or a shadow jury, to have the case “presented” to them to see if it can be understood by ANYONE.... this is that case.
Please pass this info on to the Team defending AMERICA.
(As an aside: I'm really good at critiquing presentations to ensure they are hitting their target audience and can be understood by the lowest-common-denominator in the “room.” I'd be happy to be in the focus group to help review the presentation. Put me in, Coach!!)
Aside from her tendency to repeat herself a lot, it's a good book and I do recommend it.

You know who I really question at this point? Robert Barnes. We will see ultimately but whether he is right on both Powell and ACB, just professionally jealous and/or profoundly sexist, or Deep State himself. But he brutally trashed both women at key points, not just for intellect but on character. In the case of Powell he really went off on her ego anf narcissism making her get taken in by a huge misinformation campaign and so enamored of all the press attwntion that she made twrribly false claims and harmed the case of the president’s team, blah, blah, blah. His law partner is really creepy and the two of them actually are clawing for the limelight themsleves.
Before that, the week before Trump named ACB, he absolutely trashed her. We of course will still see how Barrett holds up as a Justice, but thw way Barnes completely trashed Powell makes me wonder if his ACB trashing was an attempt to throw Trump off the right path as well.
