Just the opposite. The cards are loaded into a local central count database. On election night, we wait for a break in the action before uploading to the state. Could be 4 machines or 20. The data is lumpy with the closer polling places reporting first. This happens at dozens of locations during the night. A 3AM dump is suspicious and points to a massive ballot stuffing operation, not funky code. Ballots take time, code would be more subtle.
You know who I really question at this point? Robert Barnes. We will see ultimately but whether he is right on both Powell and ACB, just professionally jealous and/or profoundly sexist, or Deep State himself. But he brutally trashed both women at key points, not just for intellect but on character. In the case of Powell he really went off on her ego anf narcissism making her get taken in by a huge misinformation campaign and so enamored of all the press attwntion that she made twrribly false claims and harmed the case of the president’s team, blah, blah, blah. His law partner is really creepy and the two of them actually are clawing for the limelight themsleves.
Before that, the week before Trump named ACB, he absolutely trashed her. We of course will still see how Barrett holds up as a Justice, but thw way Barnes completely trashed Powell makes me wonder if his ACB trashing was an attempt to throw Trump off the right path as well.
Does the fact that every Dominion voting machine in the State of Georgia received an "update" just hours before the 2020 Presidential Election, pushed by Dominion without notice to the GA SoS and without those machines being re-certified by GA before the election?
Does the fact that there are dozens and dozens of USB drives that were used in those machines have myseriously "disappeared" or that the vote flipping that has been proven by many here on FR (the "curve") has been proven to be mathematically IMPOSSIBLE?

Machines are programmed and loaded weeks before the election - Don't assume the ballots were all run in the wee hours. Ballots could be scanned days in advance and the cards read later.
Someone could run 10,000 ballots through a machine, put fresh cards in, and then use the original cards on election night. The cards are not serialized and the chain of custody is easy to attack.
But it would have to be legal to count ballots in advance of election day in order to have the hundreds of thousands count jump, right? And there would be no reason to do that unsupervised in the dead of night.

I am offering that there is a way to "stuff the ballot box", illegally, and get results like you describe.
If someone had access to the machines in the weeks prior to election day, it would be easy. My guess is that bad actors had access, burned fake cards with 10's of thousands of votes, and replaced the "real" cards for election day.
Read the fraudulent cards into the results database - toss the fakes and put the real cards back into the pile.
If anyone audits the cards against the paper ballots, they agree. There needs to be a forensic audit of every step in the process.

You’re obviously one of those who’s in complete denial that this election was stolen so I’m not going to waste my time arguing with you. I do not believe in arguing with people who don’t have a basic concept of the facts.
The election was stolen via fraudulent absentee ballots, mail-in voting and old-fashioned ballot box (or in this case machine) stuffing.
If the Democrat / MSM / DS wanted to make Trump supporters look like conspiracy theory loons, and distract them from their real shenanigans, what would they do differently than Ms. Powell?
