That makes sense, but I haven’t heard anyone talk of this for years and, sadly, it is likely either because people are lazy or don’t want to imply their opponent’s party was corrupt.
That’s funny, because it sounds like the GOP was fine with calling out Chicago Democrats, at one time.

If you live in GA you know how hotly contested the two senate seats are. It’s inconceivable that 100,000 people would vote for Biden but leave the Senate ballot blank. The Senate seats here are almost as contentious as the presidency.
There were a mixed race canvasses I participated with where teams of black and white Republicans went into areas doing canvasses. I don’t remember the black guys name I was with when canvassing once this happened. It was an apartment where we rang the door bell and a 4 year old opens the door and lets us in. And there she was in her bedroom nude deep asleep I looked at him as we left laughing our butts off. When leaving we warned the kid not to open the door for strangers.
