Fraudulent paper ballots.
Clean up the voter rolls. Remove the dead people, check out those in assisted living and see if their votes got stolen, as many report they were.
Check for duplicates.
Simply recounting fraudulent ballots is not enough. It’s not going to prove anything.

Atlanta metro counties showed a 2 to 5% better Biden rate than 2016. (doubtful but feasible)
But one county (Fulton/Atlanta) reported a 40% increase. 40 % ! ....about 100K more votes than previous years in Fulton alone.

Please, someone explain how a bunch of fraudulent ballots inputed into the count would not match a recount. Yes, meaningless.
