I think they believed the polls and weren't prepared with how to counteract the amount of Trump votes - this time they were almost ready for us but had to get obviously clumsy by stopping the voting and bringing in ballots at 4 a.m. to backup the fake data etc. Both times Trump outdid their expectations. This is a massive and extensive crime.
I heard the general. It sounded like it was more than that. More of a partial cyber checkmate done in a way that couldn’t be divulged. (E.g., with the Mossad’s cyber unit helping?)
