"Baseless," "Bogus," "Unsubstantiated," "No evidence."
Hate Trump, Inc.’s collective thesaurus is working day and night to convince America that Election Day could not have been cleaner. Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe says of President Donald J. Trump’s vote-fraud-related recounts and litigation, "there is nothing in his arguments and no evidence to back them."
Trump’s critics would be equally dismissive if security cameras had captured vote counters in "I love Biden" T-shirts burning pro-Trump ballots and feeding pro-Biden ballots through the tabulation machines 10 times each while singing CSNY’s "Teach Your Children."
Fortunately, legally admissible evidence of vote fraud need not be so vivid.
Republican National Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel told Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo that the RNC has collected 12,000 incident reports of election-related irregularities and malfeasance. These complaints might or might not constitute evidence.
What might constitute even stronger evidence are the 400 affidavits submitted by eyewitnesses in swing states whose vote results are in dispute.
These affiants have placed their observations on paper, from the fishy to the fraudulent.
And, crucially, they have sworn that their statements are true, signed these documents, and notarized them — all under penalty of perjury and potential imprisonment.
"Affidavits are routinely accepted as evidence in federal courts," said former Justice Department election-integrity official J. Christian Adams, Esq. This is particularly true when affiants offer to bolster their affidavits through courtroom testimony.
Through online copies of legal filings and a priceless new website called HereIsTheEvidence.com, the internet now features relevant affidavits that are ready for inspection by those who scream, "No evidence!"

"Then charge, try, and convict someone of it. 'Evidence of vote fraud' then turns into 'proof of vote fraud' and ends all speculation."
I don't think we're going to be able to call a cop on this one... All thou most of them may be patriots, probably half the cops are democrats as well..
We the people, whether we like it or not, need to remind the weasels in our government in DC of the fact that, THEY really don't own this nation and we will NOT be treated like this.!!
Calling a cop just ain't going to work in this situation.. We the people must remember what our founders did, what they suffered, and why they gave their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to create this wonderful country. And now we are about to loose it only because, so far, we haven't stepped to the plate to do our duty...
But, just maybe it isn't quite time yet.. Maybe we'll even surprise ourselves when the time is right.. :)
Ditto this map which shows areas of greater population with greater area and colors them in according to the 2012 election statistics:
Then add in rich suburbanites leaving the Republican Party and the nationwide higher turnout.
Cheating probably occurred in the state, but was it really a major factor? Did it really flip the state to Biden when it's been trending Democratic for years?
X you are being a fool. The state of VA’s population increased 12% from 2000 to 2020. Lets say half are of voting age and bothered to vote. That is 600,000. For the sake of argument lets give ALL of them to Gropin’s total. That would mean 1.8M vote tops in 2020.
I’m sure we have a lot of that type of stuff.
The smugness of these freaks will soon evaporate. As soon as some are arrested.
Notice the riots are not front and center now.
There is proof. I’ve personally seen it (video). It is an internal option in the software itself.
There is a statement about it here: (affadavit)
Ramsland Affidavit (forensic)
https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.gand.283580/gov.uscourts.gand.283580.7.1_2.pdf
It’s a sworn court document of an expert’s testimony.
That was from 2000 to 2010. There has been another 8 to 9 percent growth since then. Add that in to the factors I already mentioned. Also consider that many people who came to the state in the 80s and 90s probably weren't yet citizens and their children are. I'm not saying there wasn't cheating, but Biden most likely won the state even without the fraud.
VA Presidential race vote totals:
Year: Republican: Democrat: (millions) ----------------------------------------------- 2000 1.4 1.2 2004 1.7 1.4 2008 1.7 2.0 <-- Huge 'D' ~40% spike here 2012 1.8 1.9 2016 1.8 1.9 2020 2.0 2.4
VA. 2000 7m
VA. 2020 8.6m
Vote fraud in a federal election is a federal crime, which means the Department of Justice would prosecute. Vote fraud on the scale alleged here did not start in 2020, it would have to be ongoing in past elections. And for all the claims of vote fraud made by Trump, before and during the 2020 election, his Justice Department has done absolutely nothing to prosecute it. So if it exists like they say then do something. Otherwise shut up about it.
“ Then charge, try, and convict someone of it. ‘Evidence of vote fraud’ then turns into ‘proof of vote fraud’ and ends all speculation.”
You cannot convict someone on criminal charges the same way you turn on the lights in your living room. It takes time - and, anyway, this particular case isn’t about convicting anyone, it is about proving the fraud itself - a COMPLETELY different matter.
Besides, I haven’t noticed that Trump’s lawyers work for the DoJ - the represent a private party, they aren’t prosecutors.
C’mon, man, try reasoning this through, try informing yourself a bit better.
Came through fine on my phone.

With height=300
Cool, it worked, thanks!
Height 500:
See 33.
The Trump Justice Department has had four years to charge people for election fraud that the President has said was widespread during the 2016 and 2018 elections. They have done absolutely nothing. Certainly four years is time enough?
...and, anyway, this particular case isn’t about convicting anyone, it is about proving the fraud itself - a COMPLETELY different matter.
Why? If you can prove it then you can take it to court and have a judge's seal of approval. If you can't take it to court then what proof do you have really?
C’mon, man, try reasoning this through, try informing yourself a bit better.
Or I can close my eyes, ignore reality, and accept everything at face value.
I think the 500 looks good. Your call. I am not going to complain anymore.
Yes, for generations even.! The dim's have gotten away with it for so long they now think they have a RIGHT to cheat. And they have become incredibly skilled at stealing what use to be the best of us, our voting booth.. This time it's so IN YOUR FACE that it hurts a good man's pride.
We CAN'T let them get away with it again. We KNOW that a vast majority in this nation likes Trump, and they VOTED for him.! As of yet, the DOJ as shown us very little indication of plans to take much, if any action against the perpetrators who stole this election..
I think, if justice is to be found in this matter, it's up to the people themselves to find it.. the government it self, including the FBI, CIA, DOJ and most all of the three letter swamp holes are totally.....incapacitated.
The media wanted proof open eye.
I live in Arlington VA. Whatever the demographics of the population of VA, it is driven significantly by illegal immigrants. I know them, they work in the areas around me, and they are in the schools and are represented by the social organizations I know.
And they vote. Illegally.
Add Fairfax and Loudoun, and you’ve taken over the state.
Estimates I’ve seen of foreign-born in VA range from 12-16%. Nationally, 25% of immigrants are “undocumented,” although I doubt that figure and assume it’s much higher.
