'We're going to have to file several lawsuits'
CHRIS PANDOLFO Attorney Sidney Powell announced Friday that the Donald Trump campaign legal team will possibly begin making public evidence from affidavits supporting their claims of a "national conspiracy" of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election as soon as this weekend.
POLL: Who is the most corrupt? Speaking to BlazeTV host Glenn Beck on the radio, Powell told Beck documents backing up allegations she made against voting system companies Smartmatic and Dominion in a press conference Thursday will be published online soon.
"We will start putting documents online and sending them to people like you, as soon as we possibly can," Powell said. "I would hope that we could start that by this weekend."
She described the volume of evidence her team has received as a "tsunami," though so far Trump's lawyers have held back most of what they claim to have.
"We've unearthed a global, criminal conspiracy that is just mind-blowing. And we've only scratched a tip of the iceberg," Powell asserted.
On Thursday, Powell and the other members of President Donald Trump's legal team alleged that communist Venezuela and George Soros interfered in the U.S. election through weaknesses in Dominion Voting Systems software. Trump's lawyers claim to be in possession of an affidavit from "one very strong witness" who will testify that technological insecurities in Dominion's voting machines made it possible for votes cast for Trump to be switched to former vice president Joe Biden.
This witness, Powell told Beck, "was sitting at [Venezuelan communist dictator] Hugo Chavez's right hand" and personally saw how Dominion's voting machines were manipulated to change the results of elections in the communist nation.
Dominion Voting Systems has categorically denied "false assertions about vote switching and software issues with our voting systems."
"Dominion has no company ownership relationships with the Pelosi family, Feinstein family, Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any ties to Venezuela," the company said in a statement on its website. "Dominion works with all U.S. political parties; our customer base and our government outreach practices reflect this nonpartisan approach."
The campaign legal team, led by Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, also said Thursday they have enough evidence to disqualify more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election.
Powell told Beck Trump's lawyers have spoken to "probably over 500 or maybe even 1,000 witnesses by now."
"I don't even know what our affidavit count is," she added. "Rudy has one set. And I have another. And then we share them with each other. So we haven't even had time to read all the affidavits that our lawyers have collected."
When Beck asked Powell where the Trump campaign will file its lawsuits and when they will be heard in court, Powell could not give a specific answer.
"We're going to have to file several lawsuits," Powell said. "It's going to be in all the swing states. We're still gathering massive amounts of evidence, to the point we haven't even had time to process all of it."
"It's just a matter of tying it together in a way that's digestible. And we're in the process of doing that as we speak. And I'm hoping we get something filed by next week that starts outlining and proving the overall fraud."

Check the “Sidney Powell has Expanded...” above, post number five. There is numerical evidence for you. Powell has explained that she is “not a numbers person,” so she must take time to boil down the evidence such as number five to ensure the morons on the Supreme Court understand it.
I hope I’m wrong but this woman is beginning to sound a lot like Adam Schiff.

That’s because deep down inside you’re probably having problems believing this can even be plausible in this country. It’s a normal reaction quite frankly but the more one digs into it (ie The Great Reset)... the more it makes total sense.

WE the people must find, somewhere in our dna, enough of the founders blood to do what NEEDS to be done to save our nation.. And believe me, nothing less then that very thing is involved here..

When will the evidence go before the courts? That is the most important part of this travesty. And time is short. Move!!!

It must be difficult to get litigation prepared but it needs to get going now. It is normally necessary to allege what you have some evidence for. And to continue investigating for more evidence after filing your complaint ( law suit). This appears critical now due to the quick deadlines imposed by the constitutional electoral
College schedule. Just saying some effective action is needed soon ( yes I know several suits have been filed - where’s the beef 🥩 on them?- has there been any significant progress getting the election theft corrected?) thanks!
YEah. THat was the whole point of the public pressure from Tucker. Trump’s team is supposedly trying to manage the public political perception with the legal case, but it is hard to tell how many of the team are actually on the right side.
She may be being instructed to do this. Lin Wood, who is not officially part of the Trump team, but coordinating with them and probably the sharpest of the bunch, said yesterday that he wouldn’t allow Sidney or himself to compromise their case by putting it out there publicly before the court processes.
But I hope it is not that she has not just been intimidated and suckered into compromising her case with what it sounds like may be happening.
Question is whether counting machines switching votes is obvious BS or not. If they hand count one precinct (~2,000 votes) where it is alleged, that would be strong evidence for or against. Do 10 precincts and that would clinch it. Would not take long and could be done by multiple teams from different parties.
Of course they need to focus on the real problem which is that some or many of those ballots are fraudulent depending on the precinct. The counting would be counting the same fraud. The counting should be second priority to inspecting the ballots for the same marking pen, printed already marked, same block code (xerox), not folded (never put in an envelope), and other forensic inspection.
There are two simple explanations for the blue fraud towers. One is that the counting algorithms flpped votes. The second, which is much simpler, is that the ballots were harvested or fraudulently created.
I agree. That is why I am skeptical that there is a grand plan to uncover the fraud. Those steps could of all been in prepared and in place for the immediate deployment within a couple of days after the election. Rope a dope only works if you get the opponent in the ring with you.
At least with respect to GA it looks like several things can be ruled out. Firstly, the same ballots were not rerun through the machines over and over and over again. Secondly, there was no significant vote flipping in GA.
Even if they were “harvested” or fraudulently counted, they would be entered into the machines by hand just like Trump votes, and appear in rolling blue waves.
The separate giant blue vertical vote towers, especially the 6am mega tower, smack of electronic injections, at least to me.
But we’ll see when it goes to court.
