Out of 53 Republican senators, only two have stood up to Trump’s attempt to overturn the election

Only two Republicans out of that group of 53 — Mitt Romney of Utah and Ben Sasse of Nebraska — have stated the truth this week: that there is no evidence of any significant cheating or fraud, and that the president is, as Romney put it, attempting to “subvert the will of the people and overturn the election.”

There is nothing to overturn.

Trump has NOT tried to overturn the election.

The electoral college has not voted yet.

The media does not get to decide who the next president is, much as they would love to.

And--if we actually wanted their fracking opinion, we would ask for it!

Good point. It’s tragic but yes. Some R’s are worthless or worse.

Sasse isn’t up for reelection until 2026. Romney is 2024.

Romney is ‘seriously considering’ and ‘contemplating’ a cabinet position with Biden. Anything he says is therefore, null and void pro-Biden propaganda.

Why did Utah elect a Massachusetts politician and Michigan native? Is there something in the water? Pay for play? It’s not like Utah doesn’t have other talent, right?

Look at the results for Nebraska’s Presidential vs. Congressional and Senate votes. They showed REVERSE coattails. The three Congressional candidates and Mitt Sasse all received more votes than did President Trump. I’m checking to see if Nebraska used the Dominion vote-rigging system.

By all means Mitt should resign now and join Biden’s transition team. God knows they need someone who can string two sober intelligible sentences together. And let Utah appoint a replacement to serve until the special election during Trump’s next midterms.

These are the same lunatics who claimed President Trump was guilty of collusion with Russia.

And they believed it for three years!!!

Until actual proof was found and the accusations “WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE” I might add, convinced those of something they already knew but would not admit:

THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP WAS INNOCENT.

So...let’s go around again and make bigger fools of them.

What a relief.

I no longer have to be nice to GOP scumbags.
The day after the election the house gopper I helped re-elect sent out a newsletter praising the wonderful democrat offer to be our buddies and unite with us, love kisses fluffy puppy bunnies poo.
Let the sumbitch know to remove me from his mail list.
POS actually seemed to be surprised.
I am actually going to enjoy watching Dirty Joe and his hooligans de-ball the GOP over the next two years.
In 2016 I told a rino snotball that the only thing I didn’t like about Trump was his connection to the GOP - he sneered that Trump was nothing without the GOP.
The GOP is nothing without Trump.
