They said yesterday that what they were giving was an ‘Opening Statement’.
When have you ever seen a prosecutor start laying out the evidence in the case during the opening statement?
The ‘evidence’ which they described in detail, will be presented to the courts.
I don’t have cable so watching Fox was a hotel room thing. I started watching Newsmax a couple months ago. Stinchfield and Kelly are excellent. Not all that hung up on Spicer, although his election night coverage was stellar.

Did you watch the press conference yesterday? They showed all sorts of evidence. The media refuses to print any of it. A court case is not presented to the public but to a judge and jury.
We have the big picture evidence and it’s damning. We’ll see the minutia at the court.
Plus the witnesses are in fear of their lives and their families from the Biden and Democrat criminal cabal.
