You believe the SCOTUS will rule...what, that the state legislatures can not vote to certify their state elections? SCOTUS will "invalidate" the electoral college votes somehow?
What, exactly, is SCOTUS going to rule on in that scenario and by what authority?

If it's going to happen, the (R) state legislatures will be the ones to do it, after immense pressure from their constituents.
Presuming that happens, they will not certify their state's EC votes, bejing biden doesn't get to 270 and the 1 vote per state occurs in the House where Trump is re-elected.
It's Constitutional, it's federalism, it's legitimate.
