A news briefing by President Donald Trump's legal team outlining details of his challenges to the Nov. 3 election was summarily dismissed Thursday by Fox News, whose reporter ostensibly called lawyer Rudy Giuliani a liar.
Without any independent verification, Fox News' White House correspondent Kristin Fisher claimed Giuliani's statements were "light on facts," "baseless," or "simply not true."
"That was certainly a colorful news conference from Rudy Giuliani, but it was light on facts," Fisher said in her report. "So much of what he said was simply not true or has already been thrown out in court."
Trump lawyers Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis outlined the president's legal challenge to the election results at a press briefing Thursday.
The allegations ranged from complaints Republican observers were not allowed to observe vote-counting in Philadelphia and Detroit to a claim by Powell that U.S. voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems Inc. had ties to Venezuela.
"What I'm describing to you is a massive fraud," Giuliani told reporters.

Giuliani had affidavits saying exactly what he claimed...
Funny, Jenna Ellis called it right and so did Giuliani. They said during the news conference that the LSM lied about facts and have not read one single affidavit. They, Giuliani and his team claim they posted the affidavits and the journalist’s job was to go read them. Strange how Fisher could read hundreds of pages before the end of the news conference. She has no idea what has been thrown out and what the Giuliani team has because all she has done is punditry not reporting.

One thing I am surprised has not made the rounds was that Giuliani was sweating during the entire news conference. He even took out his handkerchief to wipe the sweat from his brow and face. When he approached the microphone for the second time, after others had spoken, his hair dye was running down both sides of his face. Not sure if ever wiped it away because I had to leave at that point.

Giuliani hast the witnesses, the vote data, and analysis. In court that’s called “evidence”.
Kristin Fisher has ties to the space program. She didn’t listen to the press conference very well. Proof of Giuliani’s statements were based upon affidavits which are going be used as evidences as they are used in any court of law. That shows that the legal aspect went over her pay grade. Perhaps her trouble is she developed empty space between her ears.

The reporter was talking about other cases while being asked about Rudy’s.
He just held up “evidence.” Of course he had evidence.
She might not have liked it...but he had evidence.
This was what Jenna Ellis was referring to when she mentioned the sounds of the cameras. She knew they were going to use those. Not a lot has come out yet, but wait until tomorrow. The meme factory is in full swing...
How many ended up in the Trump administration or came from it. It is common for news casters to move into the political circle and then move out as they pay is usually better. And this is beside the point they were good at their job within the administration. I can even name some that migrated to Newsmax from the Trump organization. Some from the Bush and some from the 0Bummer. Those still remaining at FOX were ship jumpers and I wonder how long they will jump a second time.
