A double negative means a positive.
IOW, there is no certainty that Joe Biden will put his hand on a Bible on January 20th.

I love how these RATS, the media, and the social media sites continue to run with the mantra that President Trump’s election fraud claims are baseless, yet not one of them has offered any evidence to prove that those claims of fraud are actually baseless. They seem to think that if they say “baseless claims” enough times, they will make it so.

All of this heavy early push makes me think of an escrow:
You sell your property:
You & the buyer have spent many hours working out details.
Escrow is opened up & an escrow time period is agreed upon.
Then-—The buyer starts creeping onto the property at all hours, demanding access to all kinds of things....NONE of which appear in the purchase/sale agreement or escrow instructions. All of this pisses off the seller.
Biden thinks he can cut short the time period to get access to the Oval Office.
HE CANNOT & HE WILL NOT.
