I can’t remember the average person left or right being this ignorant and complacent. 40 years ago the average citizen was interested in their country and politics and read about it and watched news that was not at least 100% biased ,
they discussed current events and because children had a good public education the children joined the discussions at dinner .....what happened to my world?..?
and in war, it does not matter how mighty your firepower is, the war is not won until the enemy has lost its will to fight or is completly wiped out
After I heard this on Rush's radio show, I excitedly sent it to my bestest conservative buddy to try and raise his spirits back up. As far as I know he hasn't even watched it yet, he is so demoralized and disgusted with the republican politicians and feels betrayed by FOX news who he put too much faith in, that he doesnt even care because he is sure nothing will come of it. He figures the democrats will get away with anything they want and theres nothing anyone is going to do about it
And we are in Oregon where voting is completly useless because they have had mail in only for decades
