No. They signed an affidavit that has no bearing on their certification. Under Michigan law they can’t take back their certification.

Think about 1) Who said that, and 2) what the next step is (Who can choose not to certify based on the affidavit). And if not allowed to *directly* rescind their vote, they can always press charges or sue.
