I think SCOTUS will HAVE to take up some kind of broad “equal protection” violation case.
That would be the magic bullet.
SCOTUS is not likely to take up any of the assorted “n votes were stolen” allegations. Even if they DID, it might (!) only change the results in isolated, diverse places and in the end, no (or only one or two) States would get flipped.
The “hit squad” is doing this in exactly the right way (IMHO) because they are going at it with an accusation of a broad, multi-State, coordinated conspiracy that is led by the DNC, in conjunction with Soros, big tech, and with support of the MSM.
That’s what I think.
