Is there even a procedure to withdraw their vote? The Canvassing Board voted unanimously to certify the results on 17 Nov. I would think the SoS will ignore this and move to certify the election, short of a court order stopping her from doing so. What are the odds a Judge is going to step in and stop certification based on two Canvassing Board members claiming they were bullied and lied to?

The left always seems to have a judge on speed dial that rules however they want, the law be damned. We will have to catch a huge break to find a good judge to accept the case and enjoin SoS to delay certification pending audit.

As I understand it, they agreed to certify under the condition that the disputed precincts would be audited and corrected. They did so under extreme duress not only from the public but also threats from our Attorney General (jail and fines).

I’ve heard they did not sign the required documents, so technically not official until the audit.

The governor decided to ignore the whole audit part.

Our SoS is every bit as vile as our governor and AG. Will almost definitely try to steamroll past this speedbump on her path to certifying Biden.
