Biden’s speeches will all be done virtually IMHO. They may not even be live. Why take the chance? The Dems cannot take a chance on his using a Teleprompter which requires some coordination between mind and body to read from side to side.

Plus how can the House members sit close to each other with the coronavirus around? /s
