Yep. A result that keeps popping up is a feature.
In my opinion, there were no unintended consequences. The reason Biden called a lid so often during the campaign was because the decision already have been made to commit fraud in order to win the election. The best thing the Democrats could do was to keep Biden hidden so that his victory would not look like a total joke.
