Listen carefully. They know exactly what they are doing. There is no real reason that they could not just use the existing procedure with the normal pandemic safety guidelines we all use.

People work in offices, people go to the supermarket, people know how to do things like wear a mask, wash their hands, etc.

The idea of having to redo all of the process to advantage one political party is ridiculous. All that needs to happen is for the people doing the recount to follow the normal COVID safety guidelines. How hard is that?
