Because a dem didn’t win it.
No Republican incumbent in the House lost. 11 Democrats lost, and 2 more may still lose (Cox in California and Brindisi in NY).
On the negative side, 2 incumbent GOP senators lost (Gardner and McSally), and Perdue is not in the clear yet. Only 1 Dem senator lost.
This District is historically Republican. Katie Hill (the ‘throuple’ woman) ‘won’ in 2018 due to the new ‘ballot harvesting’ that is actually legal in California. Before 2018, the District had been in Republican hands for years.
And we are supposed to think Trump got defeated with all these down ticket wins? Sure, want a bridge I have?

They haven’t found enough Dem votes, yet, and people are watching.
Secretary of State gave voters 17 days for their mailed (or manufactured) ballots to arrive.
Any news on this race? Dems not able to ‘find’ enough votes for Christy yet? I keep praying for Garcia, but the Left usually wins, so I am apprehensive.
Christy’s still refusing to concede, and nobody’s hollering that she’s “a threat to our democracy “.

Just checked and the ‘news’ says that California was accepting ballots until yesterday?? Or did I misread that? If that’s the case, I’m not surprised that Smith thinks she can still win......a bunch of fake ballots and she is over the top.
