Guess, I didn’t look hard enough. I went to her site and saw very little about her case on this election fraud

A Kraken is a mythical Octopus creature that sinks ships. In this case the tentacle of their own foul play are going to sink the dem ship
Means absolutely nothing, unless someone has evidence it was done in this election. You can bet your life, the software that was dropped in through the backdoor, as they describe in using the system to change votes, has been removed. People from Dominion Voting Systems will simply say “We were made aware of these issues a few years back & corrected them.. We know of no changing of votes in our system...
So unless someone comes forward and swears they were part of the team that did change votes, it’s all worthless. Bring as many experts as you want to show it was doable, that votes were changed using an algorithm, unless you can show it was done, this Dominion Voting Systems angle is a waste of time.
The only slim chance of Trump winning, are the arguments that election laws concerning mail-in ballots were changed by a SOS in PA & GA, etc. that only the legislations in these states had the authority to change election laws. One judge has already ruled that the SOS in PA, lacked the authority to change.

I just don’t see a judge buying this argument that Rudy is arguing but then again, Obamacare is a tax.
If I am reading this correctly, the Dominion system:
- takes your ballot (you insert your ballot into a machine at the poll, or a worker bee inserts your ballot into a like machine at offices of the county or state)
- that acceptance machine checks your ballot for marking errors
- and that acceptance machine scans your ballot, creating an electronic file version (PDF file or similar) of your ballot.
Later, when tallying votes per ballot, the IMAGE FILE versions are what are examined for votes.
The ballots themselves are NOT examined for votes, except:
The ballots are kept, as a matter of record and double-checking how the whole process is running. That is, the ballots themselves are a population of ballots, for later sampling - such as for an audit and/or recount.
But the surprise for me, if I have this right, is, that the Dominion system (whatever is the software) counts the votes on the electronic files -— Optical Symbol Recognition.

Yes. you have that right. The original ballot is destroyed with no way to do an audit. The new image that was created is what is saved for 2 years.
They're also collect the data through the internet and send it to Frankfurt Germany. Each internet hub the data passes through that provider legally "owns" that information as it passes through. When you send an email it's not yours anymore it's everyone you sent it do including the internet hubs. This has been fought in court dozens of times every-time the sender loses.
The process is designed for corruption.
Shouldn't Team Trump already have this evidence since the early hours of November 4th and criminal coordination months before the election?

Trust me, if they think Trump is going with what is being made public right now, then they never studied the Art of War. It's a lot like our military weaponry, too...if the enemy knows we have it, it's only because we want them to know.

You can’t be serious? You think a judge is going to rule there is evidence of votes being manipulated, because a manual says it can be done? Sorry doesn’t work that way. They will have to prove it was done.
