Alito has already stepped into this regarding the PA ballots.
Alito told PA to separate the late arriving ballots, and it appears that for the most part they did not.
Does anyone seriously think there will be repercussions for that? If so, the right penalty “should” be to throw out all PA ballots. Will NEVER in a million years happen. Nor will the PA Legislature step in. Face it - Alito ruled (rightly). PA ignored his ruling. And NOTTA is likely to come of it.
I hope to be wrong, but I don’t see SCOTUS touching this UNLESS there is much more firm evidence than we’ve seen to this point..and that includes Sydney’s allegations from yesterday on Smartmatic and Venezuela.
