The case he explains is obvious. The only way to lose is if the SCOTUS is taken over by the Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

The Dems want to either steal the election, or have massive chaos. They cannot lose. But, they aren’t likely to win this in court, the fraud is too big/obvious.
