GA Secretary of State Claims Republicans Are Pushing Him to Exclude Legal Ballots. Lindsey Graham Responds.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger claimed Sen. Lindsey Graham, and other Republicans, suggested he find ways to exclude legally cast ballots, which the South Carolina senator denies.

Raffensperger, a Republican, told the Post he was under pressure from within his own party during the recount to bring about a more favorable outcome for President Trump in the state, which Joe Biden narrowly won with roughly 14,000 votes.

In their conversation, Graham questioned Raffensperger about the state’s signature-matching law and whether political bias could have prompted poll workers to accept ballots with nonmatching signatures, according to Raffensperger. Graham also asked whether Raffensperger had the power to toss all mail ballots in counties found to have higher rates of nonmatching signatures, Raffensperger said.

Raffensperger said he was stunned that Graham appeared to suggest that he find a way to toss legally cast ballots. Absent court intervention, Raffensperger doesn’t have the power to do what Graham suggested because counties administer elections in Georgia.

“It sure looked like he was wanting to go down that road,” Raffensperger said. (WaPo)

In an interview with reporters, Graham called Raffensperger’s allegation that he suggested tossing legal ballots “ridiculous.”

“The main issue for me is: How do you protect the integrity of mail-in voting, and how does signature verification work?” the senator explained.

“If he feels threatened by that conversation, he’s got a problem,” Graham said. “I actually thought it was a good conversation.”

Graham’s call to Raffensperger came the same day attorney Lin Wood filed a lawsuit in the state that “seeks to block certification of Georgia’s election until all ballot envelopes are inspected,” according to the Post. But the secretary of state said he plans to fight the lawsuit because it would jeopardize the secrecy of the vote, he said.

Wood has claimed corruption at the highest levels in Georgia and said "it will not stand."

I really like your theory!

Across the South, just having a “D” next to ones name, does not preclude a loss (especially around urban jurisdictions).

However, it is more than plausible, and backed up historically, for there to be “D’s” running as “R’s”, and often there may be no literal difference.

It would be foolish not to expect someone like Soros, a Clinton, or an Obama, or one of their many allied organizations, or other left wing globalist entities, to have backed a good percentage of RINO’a across the country over the years, and in the present. Kind of like the anti-American/anti-God global socialists now seek to flood GA from other states to collapse disenfranchise the real GA voters in the Senate races.

The left wing mind, is the mind of a narcissistic liar with no moral boundaries, seeking to control and subjugate others to their will.

SoS’s, AG’s, county recorders, leftist judges, and even delegates, have long been easy and strategic “low hanging fruit” for Soros, which most Republican and conservative voters are too lazy to know anything about, or are kept in the dark regarding.

With these “lower” offices left wing stacked, any such jurisdiction is literally only an election or two away from total Republican or conservative wipe out.

AG is where Clinton really did his Russian amafia/Chinese gangster damage throughout Arkansas, gaining fear and blackmail capability in all the right places.

This model has clearly gone national, and been the greater strategic targeting model by the left for some time.

Can’t take a state in one election, you take it in two, and crush your enemy and create fear at the same time.

It really is “gangster” and “socialist”.

The allegations from Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are that the GA gov and SoS both took kickbacks for deciding to buy the Dominion voting machines.

Georgia Republican Party took the money from Big Tech and Hollywood...seen how many movies they make down there? They sold us out to line their pockets-es (-es for effect to sound like Gollum, as they are dark and slimy).

I don't think that's accurate. Georgia offers huge tax incentives for film production in the state, but Hollywood money has gone to Georgia Democrats who oppose the GOP's pro-life and pro-family policies. If you have numbers that show differently, I'd like to see them.

Kemp is dirty and corrupt. I’m not mincing words and Lin Wood isn’t either. They’ve evidently got the goods on him. He’s probably hiding in Joe Biden’s basement.

If the signatures don’t match, it is not a legal ballot & must NOT be counted!

The allegations from Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are that the GA gov and SoS both took kickbacks for deciding to buy the Dominion voting machines.

That will be explosive if proven true. The difference between us and them is that we want truth and justice no matter which side of the aisle is helped or harmed by it. The truth will come out in time, and justice will be done if crimes were committed by state officials.

But the immediate key to Georgia's 2020 election is that Secretary of State Raffensperger had no authority to sign the March, 2020 consent decree that modified Georgia's election laws and affected the 2020 election results. The US Constitution gives state legislatures the sole authority to change election laws pertaining to federal elections, and Raffensperger took it upon himself to usurp the Georgia legislature's sole constitutional authority. Accordingly, the consent decree will be ruled null and void.

Then how would I know if my ballot was altered?

“Kemp is probably standing on this guy’s (drowning) head.”

Kemp’s just as dirty, right? Sidney strongly alluded to that. Maybe she just came right out and said it. I can’t recall for sure.

I know that Lin Wood has described Kemp as being dirty/compromised. Not sure about Sidney. Would have to look that up.

I think he’s being blackmailed by the deep state and is willing to see the country go down rather than have his sins exposed. This guy and the governor are one term hacks because no Republican or Trump voter will touch them with a vaccinated crowbar after their groveling to the Democrat party in this election.

Stacey Abrams is taking credit for Biden winning Georgia.. but black turnout went DOWN in Georgia as % of voters.

Trump’s weakness was WHITE voters in Atlanta suburbs. This is where Purdue did better than Trump.

Same as in Pennsylvania. Trump overperformed in Philadelphia, but lost ground in white Philadelphia suburbs.

Our side will have to decide whether to focus on trying to win back the squishy suburban vote, or go after the non-woke Hispanic and black voters.

re- Lin Wood interview

Unless the dems have some counter argument based on emergency powers, this seems quite straightforward that Ga executive branch can’t change election law, only the state legislature.
He also said this issue was applicable in Pa ..............
(and can be a separate issue from voter fraud)
.
Has anyone read anything that would indicate similar occurance in Mich,Wisc or Az ?????

Raddydoodle has a money trail that leads to Dominion and Chicoms are holding Kemp’s strings. GA is too corrupted to be ‘afloat’.

There's no way to know if your ballot was altered. For example, say the scanner failed to read your ballot. That ballot would be spit out the rejection slot. Then a flunky from the election department in Philly will take your rejected ballot and create a new one from it by hand. Filling in the ovals themselves. Theorectically there would be a Republican observer, but in reality there was not. They have no idea whose ballot it is except that it is from a Trump voter.

Secrecy of ballots is pretty much universal in democracies. A truly high tech solution would allow you to verify your vote without anyone else knowing your vote. But such a system would be complex and therefore subject to errors.

Ballots without secrecy are generally bad, subjecting voters to pressure.
