Garbage report cuts off the fist part of his sentence:
"And before he would've had a chance to, uh, make a request to get any of that information, uh, it turns out... I don't know the truth... I know that there was a German tweet in German saying that on Monday, uh, U.S. army forces went into Scytl and grabbed their server."
That’s interesting. I suspect that the German language tweet was the source of this story.
