I remember well when Joe had to drop out, he wasn’t wanted when he had full possession of his faculties, and had only committed the crime of given recycling a speech from an obscure British politician without attribution.
Strange indeed he should win this election with an unheard of number of votes now that he is incapable of stringing a coherent sentence together.
