I believe the Dominion cheat algorithm, as described by Dr. Shiva, was intended to be a poison pill in dominantly GOP counties.
The only remedy a reasonable court would have is to throw out all machine votes, knowing it's impossible to do hand recounts in all counties before the deadlines, and declare the suspect states' elections null and void (i.e., it's up to State Legislatures to decide which slate of electors to appoint).
However, few courts are reasonable today.

The court says, “Yes, it looks like there was a lot of fraud, but we can’t unwind it, so we will just go with the counts as they are.”
Or -
The state legislatures say, “Yes, it looks like there was a lot of fraud, but we can’t unwind it, and we don’t really want to go against the vote counts we have, so we will just go with it.”
Then -
You’d have so many pissed off Americans, the country would be ungovernable. The center wouldn’t hold.
Therefore -
If you prove one side cheated, and you can’t the real votes from the fake votes, they have to give the election to the other side in the state legislatures.
