I hate and hesitated to say this but I totally agree. She is full of crap, pure and simple. When she was asked if certain things were being included in the law suits her answer was "I hope so" and "I encourage them to add them". WTF. She is just blowing smoke.

As best I could tell, she’s relying on a statistical study suggesting that votes were dumped for Biden at a rate of 67% in several states late at night.
That’s not the same as proving it happened.
She’s also relying on the state legislatures. No one is going to throw out results without absolute proof.
I hope they are meeting because they have proof.
