And a typical management situation it is. You tell staff what you want done and then you have to tell them again after they waste a couple of weeks “getting organized” and avoiding having to produce something. If you don’t push people nothing ever gets done. Trump needs to establish deliverables and due dates. No excuses. Results are all that matter. The game is on the line.
