I have an LG smart TV. I just assume that precludes the need for a Roku box.

Well, to be honest, I don’t use my smart TV for broadcast of any type. We do tune in C-span the last few months to catch some live Trump stuff or debates, but that was it. And even then, I don’t like to watch political speeches/debates. I just read the transcript and highlights the next day. Just takes a few minutes and then I can get to mowing the lawn or changing the oil.
