Throwing out every vote from those counties would invalidate legitimate votes as well as illegal votes, and would disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters. No court is going to order that.

It's the fault of the voters who elected the SoS for the state who controls elections. Just ask Pres. Gore. Most state laws allow their legislature to override the SoS. Fed courts recognize states' rights to control elections. If states' citizens want recognition in the U.S. Congress, they have to elect SoS and have clean elections. As it stands now, the FEC should DE-Certify the Democrat National Committee as an illegal organization, before the Senate runoff elections in GA. The 'Crat candidates would have to run as independents (I).
