You’d think with all the crap that has gone on, that only disabled people could get a mail in ballot. Everyone else uses paper, and it should be illegal to count ballots, without poll watchers from both parties present. Set up comprehensive video surveillance like they use in the casionos above every counting station. It could be done in time for the runoff election.
