When I vote here in Louisiana, I have to sign the roster. If I would refuse to sign, I don’t get to vote. Just that simple. But much too straight forward for democrat thugs.

a key question to me at least is if mail in ballots had been permanently separated from envelopes which are required to be signed by the voter during the initial counting process.
if the ballots are permanently separated from the envelopes, even partially, then there is no effective way to validate the mail in votes (the spoilage is total to precinct level tranche, even if the separation is partial).
i know this is an issue in some swing states, but i am not certain it applies in particular to georgia. (perhaps someone else out there has more info about it.)
And so is Trump if the crisis isn’t remedied quick in the courts. So far he’s lawsuits are mostly being thrown out.
Sounds like a case for The Supreme Court. But I’ll bet the will be better ones coming.
The ballot curing is addressed in the suit on two levels. Article 2 because the legislature doesn’t allow for pre-election day curing, in fact, not allowing ballots to be canvassed before 7 am Election Day. Amendment 14 unequal protection arising from curing being done at Dim, not Pub locations.
The fight needs to be taken to the state legislature. If a proper audit is not conducted, then the legislature should demand that no electors or election results get certified from that state.
We control enough legislatures to ensure no one gets over 270.
We control enough state delegations in the House for Trump to win there.
If a proper audit is not done, and as a result the legislature demands that the state does not certify the results, then there is nothing that a governor or SOS can do about that.
Audit is not possible after the outside envelope (which identifies voter and has his/her signature) is separated from the actual ballot, there is no way to determine where the ballot came from and if it is legal.
Remember we have a secret voting system which means the ballot ca n have a watermark, a reference number or any other identifying marks.
The recount can only count ballots including legal and illegal ballots as if they are all legal.

Re-counting illegal ballots is just a stunt to create an appearance of fairness. This is bullsh#t.
