I have a hard time believing Gowdy is a Trump ally..... He was part of the GOP retiring class of 2018 that helped give control of the House to Democrats..... Always thought there was something fishy about him, but maybe I’m wrong.... hard to know who to trust these days
Correct. Gowdy was Paul Ryan’s wingman. A lot good folks don’t want to believe their favorite TV conservative is a Deep State derp but that is what history has shown.
According to my South Carolina friends he was retiring to run for governor of South Carolina. For what ever reason that run didn’t happen !
