Can’t the Supreme Court look at these states and say state officials did not follow election laws for each state, therefore any ballots counted under those illegal orders be thrown out?
It's the law.
That invalidates the 400,000 some-odd votes counted for Biden at 4am on Nov 4th.
Also a precinct in GA said they were finished counting for the night and after Republican poll watchers left, the Dems stayed on and counted votes. ALL ILLEGAL!
This is a no-brainer if brought before SCOTUS.
What's the hold up?
Of course. There are two very separate arguments:
1. Some ballots are illegal (like Pennsylvania ballots received after 8 p.m.). This is not an argument that ballots were fraudulent, just that they did not comply with the law. So far it doesn’t look like there are enough illegal ballots to swing the results.
2. Ballots are fraudulent (example: someone completing a ballot for a dead person). This is the area they are having trouble providing proof for.
