GA SOS did the same thing the PA one did, circumvented GA legislature to write his own election laws in a lawsuit settlement deal with democrats. That is why the recount right now is a farce and why he lied about there being any kind of meaningful audit. They are not checking signatures.
Also, he gave GA counties until 3pm tomorrow to finish. He is trying to ram this through so it will be certified (at 5 pm). He hamstrung the GOP first telling them 1 monitor per 4 tables then changed the rules last minute to 1 per 10 table which Shafer and Collins objected to. I posted a video earlier posted by an observer, there is no way they can they can really monitor:

Raffensperger is the one who contracted with the Dominion software and put it in every county in GA. He said repeatedly all week last week that the numbers were accurate and there was no credible instance of fraud which I know is a lie.
The dems know if GA’s recount shows what Dominion does, it will have a snowball effect nationwide.
