Not surprised.
In the new conflict a left wing black judge will thwart an honest Detroit vote tally from being realized. A conservative higher court judge will overrule that. An old Obama judge will stop the case again. Musical chairs game. Media will not report any outrageous fraud and cheating.
No chance of an objective ruling on anything. Now (and honestly, not for quite some time now).
I am also not surprised. This is an elected state court judge from Wayne County (Detroit), Michigan. There is no way that he would go against the local political establishment.
This will be appealed before it moves up the ladder to SCOTUS.
