I think SCOTUS already ruled on that basic issue in the PA case. State law can’t be overruled by a partisan hack.

Things are starting to go the President’s way with Pennsylvania and now Arizona.

Earlier, a FReeper pointed out that there’s no provision in the Constitution for a re-election in a Presidential race. It simply doesn’t get certified, and then moves on to legislature / electors or similar. (I don’t recall for sure.)

This is the important issue.
Evidence of “unreliable vote” results do not have to be at a level to convince a court of law.
They only have to suggest uncertainty. In the presence of uncertainty, the Legislature decides, not a court.
The states relevant to a Trump win have Republican legislatures.

If you look at the number for the county where Phoenix is, you will see that Biden did that far better in that county alone than Hillary or even Obama did. I can see to a certain extent that the Cindy McCain types played a role in that, but Biden improves on Hillary by 89%? And in the Tuscon area, Biden does about 55% better. You can look at the numbers and also see that Trump improved both his overall and percentage based performance there, but Biden comes in with these outlier ones to win it and that on it’s own should merit that good deal of scrutiny.
Hand counts are one thing but to get a more accurate picture of the lawlessness a full scale audit is necessary.

Arizona hated McCain and they hate Cindy McCain even more. Donald Trump won Arizona last time and that was after he put McCain down. It doesn’t make any sense that he wouldn’t win Arizona again this time but with even more votes?
By the way has anyone asked the question of how many non-citizens voted in the entire state?
