So they are already going to make sure the recount comes to what they said it was. Why else say, “we stand by our numbers”. This is bullshit.
He has said that every day since last Wednesday. He has also said there was no fraud all week, then walked it back to “no widespread fraud”, but I know for a fact people, even some on FR, who have called the SOS because someone else voted in their name and it was a real hassle to get it straightened out.
Plus, how many people even go to the trouble to check that their absentee ballot wasn’t discarded. It’s a real mess.
As an aside, my elderly FIL voted absentee due to dementia and other issues, and he is 80% blind and his signatures never match because he is trying to see when he is writing. I spoke to our county election supervisor and said I would bring him in to show his drivers license. I’m guessing his ballot will get challenged during this count because he voted Trump.
