that’s the first I’ve heard of this. Can you expand on it? The voting machines were not supposed to be hooked to the internet but I know any were.

Modem port on voting machines.

Notice in the training video they say the modem port can also be used for "results transmission". Yeah, of course such a modem port would NEVER be used for any illegal reception of some RAM code or other vote-switching toggles/logic. /s
